My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Though the location was convenient and close to Universal Studios, some cleanliness issues in the room and unhelpful staff left much to be desired. The dining experience fell short despite being advertised as inclusive. On the bright side, the proximity to Universal Studios was a huge plus.
